Refund Policy

We take care in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safe and sound! If in the event your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at hello@thelittleoasisbathco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged stock, the name of the product item and the order number. We will only offer a refund if we cannot replace your items.

Should you contact The Little Oasis Bath Co outside of 48 hours but before 10 days of receiving your order, a store credit will be offered.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns. We offer returns and refunds only if you receive a faulty product. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. 

If a refund is approved by The Little Oasis Bath Co, payments are refunded within 14 working days.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations within 24 hours prior to shipping.
